I need to sharpen strategic thinking fast

The 5-day Strategic Leadership Intensive compresses years of boardroom pattern recognition into scenario-driven exercises. You leave with a personal decision framework, not just theory.

I've just stepped into a C-suite role

The Executive Coaching Residency pairs you with a former CEO coach for 12 weeks. Psychometric profiling, stakeholder mapping, and real-time leadership calibration — not generic advice.

The ExecEdge Method: Why Comparison Matters

Most executive training providers sell a single programme and hope it fits. We built ExecEdge Academy around a different premise: senior leaders deserve to see exactly what they're choosing and why.

Every track is designed by practitioners who have held the roles our participants aspire to. Our faculty includes former ASX 100 CEOs, military strategists turned corporate advisors, and behavioural scientists who specialise in high-stakes decision-making.

We publish our comparison criteria openly because we believe informed leaders make better investments — in training and in everything else.

"Transparency isn't a marketing tactic for us. It's the first lesson we teach." — Dr. Fiona Marchetti, Academic Director

From Division Head to Group CEO in 11 Months

When Priya Narayanan enrolled in the Strategic Leadership Intensive, she was running a $200M division at a national insurer. The scenario exercises exposed blind spots in how she communicated upward. Within a year, she was appointed Group CEO — crediting the intensive's crisis simulation as the turning point in her board interview.

First Board Seat at 41

Lachlan Grieve completed the Board-Ready Accelerator after two decades in mining operations. The governance deep-dive and live board simulation gave him the confidence — and the network — to secure a non-executive director role on an ASX 300 resources company within six months of graduating.

Readiness & Fit Evaluation

1

Are you managing a team of 20+ or a P&L above $50M?

Our programmes are designed for leaders already operating at scale. If you're earlier in your career, we'll recommend partner programmes better suited to your stage.

2

Do you have organisational sponsorship or self-funding capacity?

Most participants are sponsored by their employer. Self-funded executives receive a structured payment plan option across three instalments.

3

Can you commit to the full programme duration without interruption?

Partial attendance dilutes outcomes. We ask every applicant to confirm calendar commitment before acceptance — it's a mutual investment.

4

Are you open to candid, uncomfortable feedback?

Our coaching model is direct. 360° assessments surface truths that colleagues rarely voice. If you're looking for validation, this isn't the right fit. If you want growth, it is.

Dr. Fiona Marchetti, Academic Director of ExecEdge Academy

"We turn away roughly one in five applicants — not because they lack talent, but because timing or fit isn't right. That selectivity protects the cohort experience for everyone."

Dr. Fiona Marchetti, Academic Director

Questions We Hear Most

How does ExecEdge differ from university executive education?
University programmes optimise for breadth and academic rigour. ExecEdge optimises for applied decision-making. Our faculty are practitioners, not tenured professors. Our simulations use real market data, not textbook cases. And our cohorts are capped at 14, not 60.
Can I switch tracks after enrolling?
Yes, if you notify us before the programme start date. Track transfers are subject to availability and a brief re-assessment conversation to ensure the new track aligns with your goals.
Is there an alumni network or ongoing support?
All graduates join the ExecEdge Alumni Circle — a private network of 280+ senior leaders across Australasia. Alumni events, peer advisory groups, and priority re-enrolment are included at no additional cost.
What if my employer won't sponsor the investment?
We provide a business case template that participants use to secure organisational sponsorship. It includes ROI framing, peer benchmarks, and a letter of intent from our Academic Director. Roughly 85% of self-funded applicants who use this template secure full or partial employer reimbursement.
